A typical 4-room flat takes about two to three days, depending on the amount of surface repair and whether ceilings are included.
Skim coating is recommended if your walls are rough, patchy or previously repaired. If the surface is already smooth, a good primer and topcoat may be enough.
We open the crack, fill it, apply joint tape and refinish the surface. This greatly reduces reappearance, though movement cracks can recur over time.
We remove the mould, apply a fungicidal treatment, correct the moisture source where possible, and use mould-resistant paint.
Either option works. We can supply the paint as part of the quotation, or use paint you have purchased yourself.
